Increase speed and accuracy

By matching employees’ COVID vaccination cards to their ID or driver’s license, we provide added assurance that they are the one scanning the vaccine card and attesting to its validity. COVID Proof also stores a copy of the digital document vaccination document should an employer need to access it.
COVID Proof provides a downloadable report to Administrators that fulfills all of the Employee Vaccination Verification data requirements that OSHA has standardized through the ETS.
We allow employees to select from all current FDA approved vaccines (Moderna mRNA-1273, Pfizer/BioNTech BNT162b2, Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) Ad26.COV2.S), and four additional WHO-approved vaccines (Oxford/AstraZeneca AZD1222, Covishield (Oxford/AstraZeneca formulation), Sinopharm (Beijing) BBIBP-CorV (Vero Cells), Sinovac CoronaVac. We can’t guarantee it. COVID vaccination cards are not perfect, but they are clearly the best option society has during this pandemic. OSHA guidance also outlines various forms of acceptable vaccination proof, including digital copies of vaccination cards.
They’ll just update their vaccine status in the Nametag app, then go to your unique link again and approve the sharing request. It’ll automatically update in the system and in your real-time report.
We apply the latest in machine vision and AI technology to match the vaccination card to your ID, but the vaccination card itself must be lawfully obtained. We also ask employees to attest to the accuracy of the documentation they provide. Many states have issued legal warnings about creating fraudulent vaccination cards, so employees should check with local authorities if in doubt.
COVID Proof verifies vaccination proof only. We recommend setting up a dedicated internal email address, appointed contact person, or other internal system to support those employees who seek a vaccine exemption or who opt for regular testing. By automating the collection and tracking of vaccinated employees, administrative time can be focused on limited exception requests.
We hold this information for one year from date of submission by an employee, unless you or they request its removal, or if a paid billing plan is extended to a later date. This policy may be revisited if OSHA or related guidance changes.
COVID Proof uses Nametag’s sophisticated security practices, including encryption in transit and at rest, to keep your information safe. All data collected also follows the Nametag privacy practices, which can be summarized in 10 words that are clear and transparent: we only share information when you (a user) specifically ask us to. After your company signs up, employees get a request from COVID Proof to share specific data about their legal name and vaccination details, and if approved, this information appears in your company report.
